On april 28th Marlies Ruigewaard organised a Fashion Event at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Together with other Youth Ending Hunger volunteers and students of the Erasmus University she collected and sold good quality second hand clothing.
Starting six weeks before the event, they addressed students to clean out their closets by e-mail, powerpoints in classes and posters. Marlies arranged two large containers at the University in which students could drop their clothes.…

Youth Ending Hunger Bangladesh was founded in 1997. Today the network consists of more than 100.000 members. One of them is A. K. Manik. He is 21 years old and grew up in Raghobpur village in Mymensingh, Bangladesh with six brothers and two sisters. During the coming three weeks students of the community college Windesheim in Zwolle (NL) will work for Youth Ending Hunger (YEH). Within the subject 'Design' they will work on branding-advice for YEH. They will also develop a concept to involve more young adults in the network.
